Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our digital platforms.
Your agreement with 925 Coterie includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) these Agreements, you may not access or use the Service. In such cases, please notify us by emailing [support/contact email] so we can assist you. These Terms apply to all members, visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Communications
By creating a member account on our Service, you agree to receive official 925 Coterie communications, including newsletters, community updates, event invitations, marketing or promotional materials, and essential administrative messages.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly at [support email]. However, essential transactional or membership account notices will still be sent to maintain your account.
3. Purchases & Member Transactions
If you wish to purchase any membership tier, event ticket, exclusive offering, or digital product made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your transaction including, without limitation, your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and associated identification details.
You represent and warrant that:

The information you supply to 925 Coterie is true, correct, accurate, and complete.
We may utilize trusted third-party payment processing services to facilitate Purchases. By submitting your payment details, you grant 925 Coterie the right to share this information with these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or transaction at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, availability of memberships or services, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspect fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
4. Contests, Promotions, and Member Perks
Any contests, giveaways, special promotions, or exclusive member perks (“Promotions”) made available through the 925 Coterie Service may be governed by specific rules separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules alongside our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
5. Membership Plans & Subscriptions
Certain features and benefits of the Service are billed on a recurring membership basis (“Plan(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule (“Plan Period”) chosen at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annually).
At the end of each Plan Period, your 925 Coterie Plan will automatically renew under the exact same terms unless you or 925 Coterie cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your Portal account settings or by contacting the 925 Coterie support team.
A valid, authorized payment method is required to maintain your active Plan. You agree to provide current, accurate billing information (full legal name, billing address, phone number, and payment method). By submitting payment details, you authorize 925 Coterie to charge all recurring Plan fees to your designated payment instrument.
If automatic billing fails, you must manually complete the payment within the grace period specified on your account notice to maintain uninterrupted access to the Portal and member privileges.
6. Fee Changes
925 Coterie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify membership fees for any Plan. Any changes to Plan fees will take effect at the expiration of your then-current Plan Period.
We will provide reasonable advance notice of any subscription fee adjustments to afford you the opportunity to review, change, or terminate your Plan prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Service after a fee change comes into effect constitutes your consent to the modified Plan fee.
7. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing by 925 Coterie, all paid membership fees, subscriptions, and transaction costs are non-refundable.
8. Community Content & Member Contributions
Our Service allows members to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available text, graphic materials, discussion threads, audio, media, or other content (“Content”) within dedicated community channels, forums, and support spaces. You are solely responsible for the Content you post on or through the Portal, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Portal, you represent and warrant that:
The Content is owned by you or you possess the lawful right to publish it and grant 925 Coterie the rights outlined herein.
The posting of your Content does not violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or any other intellectual property or legal rights of any person or entity (“Objectionable Content”).
Objectionable Content—including hate speech, harassment, spam, and copyright-infringing material—is strictly prohibited. 925 Coterie reserves the right to immediately remove non-compliant Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this standard.
You retain your full rights to any Content you submit or post on the Portal. However, by posting Content via the Service, you grant 925 Coterie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely within the Service to enable community functionality and engagement. You agree that this license permits other active members of 925 Coterie to view and interact with your Content subject to these Terms.
925 Coterie retains the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any member-submitted Content. Furthermore, proprietary content created by 925 Coterie belongs exclusively to us and may not be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced for personal or commercial gain without prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Uses & Code of Conduct
You agree to use the 925 Coterie Portal solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
In any manner that breaches local, national, or international laws or regulations.
To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors or other community members.
To distribute unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, commercial solicitations, or "spam."
To impersonate 925 Coterie, a 925 Coterie administrator, another member, or any other individual or entity.
To engage in conduct that restricts, inhibits, harasses, or offends any other member's enjoyment of the Service, or which exposes 925 Coterie or its members to legal liability.
Additionally, you agree not to:
Attempt to disable, overburden, damage, or impair the proper functioning of the Portal.
Use automated technology (such as scrapers, bots, or spiders) to access, copy, or monitor Portal materials or user profiles.
Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious hardware/software scripts.
Gain unauthorized access to member-only areas, Portal databases, or servers connected to the Service.
Attack the Service via a denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack.
Take any action that damages or falsifies 925 Coterie ratings, reviews, or community standings.
You may report Objectionable Content or conduct violations directly through the Portal's Support section or by emailing [support email].
10. Analytics & Service Providers
We may employ third-party Service Providers to monitor, measure, and analyze usage patterns across our Portal to improve user experience.
Google Analytics: A web analytics tool provided by Google LLC that tracks and reports platform traffic. Google uses collected data to track Portal activity and may share it across Google services. 11. Member Accounts & Security
When creating an account with 925 Coterie, you guarantee that you meet the age requirements for legal contract entry in your jurisdiction, and that all profile information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Inaccurate or obsolete information may result in account restriction or termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including login usernames and passwords) and for restricting access to your personal devices. You accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify 925 Coterie immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.
You may not adopt a username or profile identity belonging to another person/entity, a name protected by third-party trademark rights without authorization, or any name that is vulgar, offensive, or obscene.
925 Coterie reserves the right to refuse service, edit or remove content, terminate accounts, or cancel memberships at its sole discretion for non-compliance.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
The 925 Coterie Service, its original content (excluding member-generated Content), features, branding, logos, and functionality remain the exclusive property of 925 Coterie and its licensors. Our brand name, trademarks, trade dress, and digital assets may not be used in connection with any commercial offering without explicit advance written approval.
13. Feedback and Member Submissions
You may submit suggestions, feature requests, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback concerning the Service (“Feedback”) to 925 Coterie. By providing Feedback, you acknowledge and agree that:
You retain no intellectual property rights or ownership claims in the Feedback.
925 Coterie may already have similar ideas under development.
The Feedback does not contain confidential information.
925 Coterie is under no obligation of confidentiality or compensation concerning the Feedback.
You grant 925 Coterie an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sub-licensable license to adapt, implement, publish, and commercialize such Feedback without restriction.
14. Third-Party Links & Resources
Our Service may include links or integrated access to external websites, services, or resource tools operated by third parties not owned or controlled by 925 Coterie.
We assume no control or responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that 925 Coterie shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by reliance on or use of any third-party content, products, or services.
We strongly encourage you to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of any third-party services you access through our Portal.
15. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE 925 COTERIE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. 925 COTERIE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
NEITHER 925 COTERIE NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH 925 COTERIE MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. 925 COTERIE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PORTAL, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 925 COTERIE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
16. Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS 925 COTERIE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, LITIGATION COSTS, OR CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE), REGARDLESS OF CAUSE OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IF LIABILITY IS FOUND ON THE PART OF 925 COTERIE, IT WILL BE LIMITED STRICTLY TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS OR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES APPLY.
17. Account Termination and Suspension
925 Coterie reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict Portal access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason—including without limitation a material breach of these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may cancel your membership plan through your profile settings or discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
18. Service Availability & Portal Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any service, feature, or material provided on the Portal at our sole discretion without notice. 925 Coterie will not be liable if all or any part of the Portal is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, access to specific portal features or entire sections may be restricted to designated membership tiers or maintenance windows.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
